Return & Replacement Policy
Each book is printed especially for you when your order is placed. Because every copy is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these books.
- If a book is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will send one free replacement; you do not need to return the defective copy.
- Claim window: 14 days from delivery.
- How to file a claim: email shop@fernflowerpress.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (book + packaging).
- Replacement processing time: a new copy ships within 10 business days after approval.
- Return shipping label: not required (item is not returned).
- Return address: N/A – items are not sent back.
IF YOU RECEIVE A BOOK THAT IS DAMAGED, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT COPY AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION BASED UPON PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF SAID DAMAGE.
Refunds
Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Most of our products are electronic in nature and delivered via download. Typically, we are not able to provide refunds for digital items that have already been downloaded.
- If a digital file is not as advertised or cannot be downloaded, contact us at shop@fernflowerpress.com and we will resolve the issue.
