You’ll get a full-color PDF in two versions—a single-page file for screens and a two-page spread for tablets—plus creature tokens (VTT) included in our new bestiaries. Everything is yours to download.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the system automatically creates two easy ways to get your file:

1. Download link by e-mail

• Within a few minutes you will receive a message titled “Your downloads are ready!” from no-reply@fernflowerpress.com.
• The message contains a link that takes you to a private download page.

2. Download from your customer account

• An account is created for you automatically at checkout.
• Click the “My account” (top-left of our site or https://account.fernflowerpress.com).
• Enter the same e-mail address you used for the order and press “Send code.”
• We will send you a one-time login code to that address.
• Enter the code on the site and you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
• Open the “Orders” tab and click the book title to download the PDF at any time.

The download link in your account never expires, so you can re-download the file whenever you need it.

We use high-grade materials to ensure every title looks and feels great. All books are printed on 80 lb (118 gsm) bright-white coated paper—an ultra-smooth, high-opacity stock normally reserved for photo books, magazines, and comic books. This paper reproduces text crisply and allows illustrations and photographs to appear vibrant and detailed.

Two trim sizes are offered (check the individual product page to see which size a specific title uses):

• 6″ × 9″ (15.2 cm × 22.9 cm)
• 8.5″ × 11″ (21.6 cm × 28 cm)

Whenever possible, a short preview video is provided on each book’s page so you can examine quality before ordering.

Our partner produces books at their print facilities around the world—including France, India, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States—and then ships those books globally.

Their standard production time is 3–5 business days, and the estimated transit time for delivery is typically 7–14 days.

Please allow extra transit time when shipping outside the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and other U.S. territories).

If transit time exceeds 14–21 days, please email at shop@fernflowerpress.com; at our discretion we may place a free replacement order.

Whenever possible, your book will be manufactured and shipped from the print facility closest to the delivery address. For example, if you place an order for delivery within the United States, the book will be printed in the United States.

We do NOT ship to the following countries/territories: Belarus, Crimea region, Cuba, Iran, Johnston Island, North Korea, Russia, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Wake Island, Yemen, Venezuela.

All other countries are currently eligible for delivery.

Each book is printed especially for you when your order is placed. Because every copy is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these books.

• If a book is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will send one free replacement; you do not need to return the defective copy.
• Claim window: 14 days from delivery.
• How to file a claim: email shop@fernflowerpress.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (book + packaging).
• Replacement processing time: a new copy ships within 10 business days after approval.
• Return shipping label: not required (item is not returned).
• Return address: N/A – items are not sent back.

IF YOU RECEIVE A BOOK THAT IS DAMAGED, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT COPY AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION BASED UPON PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF SAID DAMAGE.

Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Most of our products are electronic in nature and delivered via download. Typically, we are not able to provide refunds for digital items that have already been downloaded.
